Central England Patent & Trademark Attorneys offer a highly professional practice by combining over forty years experience of the proprietor Keith Leaman with that of over thirty years experience of the firm's senior consultant Gary March. The firm is well placed to advise on all aspects of Patents, Trade Marks, Registered Designs, Design Rights, Copyright and licensing in the UK, Europe, and in over 200 Countries throughout the world. 

We can offer advice on IPR matters related to a wide range of technical disciplines covering mechanical inventions, aeronautics, nuclear and non nuclear physics, electronics, material sciences, metallurgy, manufacturing processes, and chemical and pharmaceutical inventions.

The firm operates internationally through the firm's network of foreign Attorneys in nearly every country of the world. Most of these contacts are forged out of personal contacts made over the past 30 or 40 years.

The firm is also well placed to assist individuals and start-up companies to raise the necessary funding to enable them to realize the full potential of their innovation by exploiting their intellectual property rights by working through a network of commercial and professional contacts, fundraising sources and investment brokers.

We aim to do so at a realistic price and aim to assist our clients to exploit their intellectual property by licensing or enforcing their intellectual property rights against those who infringe these rights. 

All firms of Patent Attorneys can obtain IPR (Patents, Trademarks and Design) for their clients; very few actually help their clients realize the full potential of their intellectual property by licensing or exploiting their IPR. We are the exception to this rule.
